Nous recherchons un(e) représentant(e) commercial(e) pour accompagner notre client, une entreprise SaaS en forte croissance dans le secteur de la beauté et du bien-être. Basé(e) à Amiens, vous serez chargé(e) de développer la présence de notre client dans la région.
Vos missions incluront:
- Piloter l'intégralité du cycle de vente de A à Z: prospection active, qualification des prospects, prise de rendez-vous, démonstrations produit et signature des contrats
- Réaliser des présentations terrain directement chez les clients potentiels pour démontrer la valeur de la solution logicielle
- Conseiller les professionnels du secteur sur l'optimisation de leurs processus grâce aux outils digitaux
- Développer une stratégie multicanale pour identifier et approcher de nouveaux clients
- Former les nouveaux utilisateurs pour garantir une adoption réussie de la plateforme
- Gérer votre territoire en totale autonomie avec une approche stratégique
Ce que nous recherchons
Nous cherchons un profil commercial terrain avec un tempérament de chasseur:
- Expérience en vente B2B terrain ou en prospection active (téléphonique/physique)
- Appétence naturelle pour le challenge et la prospection
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à établir rapidement la confiance
- Autonomie et organisation: vous êtes un self-starter capable de planifier stratégiquement vos journées
- Aisance avec les outils digitaux et SaaS; la maîtrise d'un CRM est un atout
- Permis B obligatoire pour assurer la mobilité sur le territoire d'Amiens et ses environs
- Français langue maternelle; anglais professionnel apprécié

- Salaire fixe entre 28 000 € et 34 000 € brut annuel
- Variable déplafonné (OTE cible: 39 000 € – 45 000 €)
