Gafsgi is looking for a Commercial Go-to-Market Sales Analyst to join our remote team across the United States. In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in advancing our sales strategy through market intelligence and analytical support.

About This Position

The Commercial Go-to-Market Sales Analyst role is central to optimizing how we execute our go-to-market strategy. Working closely with our sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll combine data analysis with commercial acumen to uncover growth opportunities, strengthen sales processes, and support our revenue team's success.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer segments to shape go-to-market positioning and strategy
  • Track sales pipeline metrics, forecast accuracy, and key performance indicators to identify patterns and improvement areas
  • Conduct deal and opportunity analysis to support sales effectiveness and pipeline health
  • Create sales enablement resources such as competitive battlecards, positioning documents, and sales collateral
  • Partner with sales leadership to establish benchmarks and report progress on commercial objectives
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations from sales data and market research
  • Manage CRM systems and reporting to ensure data quality and visibility

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales analytics, sales operations, go-to-market strategy, or commercial business analysis
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis tools, SQL, or business intelligence platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from complex data sets
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and commercial metrics
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a distributed, remote environment
