Position Summary

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to support our outpatient operations in Sellersville. In this full-time role, you'll provide direct clinical care, work alongside physicians and care teams, and help maintain the highest standards of patient safety and health outcomes. You'll build meaningful patient relationships while contributing to a supportive, collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient vital signs, health status, and clinical progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and patient medical records
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on patient care
• Uphold infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Support efficient patient flow and operational continuity in the outpatient clinic

What You Bring

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Clinical nursing experience, ideally in outpatient, acute care, or similar settings
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within healthcare teams
