About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential collectibles organization seeking a detail-oriented Asset Titler to join their intake operations. This is a fully remote position open exclusively to candidates based in Argentina.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of asset data for high-value collectible items. Your work will directly support the organization's operations by ensuring accurate cataloging and verification of inventory information.
Responsibilities
- Enter asset titles and related information into internal systems with exceptional accuracy
- Perform quality control checks to verify entries meet established standards
- Identify and flag records requiring additional review or correction, including image discrepancies and missing data
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily processing targets and meet deadlines
- Input and verify serial numbers and other unique asset identifiers
- Submit detailed reports documenting items flagged during quality review
- Maintain 99%+ accuracy across all data entry tasks
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to follow structured guidelines precisely
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with computers and data entry systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Previous experience with collectibles or inventory management systems is a plus
- Must be based in Argentina
