About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare education organization seeking a Virtual CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Instructor to teach the next generation of patient care professionals. This is a fully remote teaching role where you'll guide students through the theoretical and practical fundamentals of patient care, from anatomy and physiology to hygiene techniques, mobility assistance, and mental health support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual instruction on certified nursing assistant curriculum, covering theoretical and practical aspects of patient care
• Teach essential topics including anatomy, physiology, patient hygiene, mobility techniques, and mental health fundamentals
• Motivate and inspire students to develop clinical skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset
• Engage with students through the organization's virtual learning platform
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain organized course materials and communication with learners

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid PCT certification OR active employment as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Hands-on experience providing patient care in long-term care facilities or hospital settings
• Strong knowledge of Patient Care Technician techniques and procedures
• Passion for teaching and commitment to quality education
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Nursing studies background (preferred)
• Prior virtual teaching experience (preferred)
• Reliable internet connection for remote instruction
