Talent Management Business Partner – LATAM

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global HR services organization seeking a Talent Management Business Partner to support their LATAM operations. Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional who can partner with business leaders, champion employee experience, and drive strategic talent initiatives across the region.

Location: Mexico (remote-based; candidates in Brazil, Argentina, or Colombia may also be considered)

Work Setup: Fully remote. You must have legal authorization to live and work in your country of residence.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift. Some flexibility required to support global partners across time zones.

Languages Required: Fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese also required if based in Brazil)

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to understand priorities and develop talent strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Design and implement change management and organizational development strategies to support business transformation
• Provide strategic People & Culture consultation to management and employees, identifying value-add opportunities
• Champion employee needs and advise senior leadership on people-related business decisions and culture initiatives
• Manage performance, employee relations, and complex workplace issues to foster a high-performance culture
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies across compensation, benefits, learning and development, and talent acquisition
• Guide organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
• Lead, develop, and coach the People & Culture team while identifying training and executive coaching opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree required (exceptional experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
• Experience: 7+ years in a fast-paced Human Resources environment with demonstrated successes across a broad spectrum of HR areas
• Regional Expertise: LATAM HR experience is required
• Certifications: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
• Core Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; experience navigating change and supporting business transformation with senior leaders; proven track record coaching, developing, and leading others; ability to act as a trusted advisor and lead through influence
