RevTech Senior Salesforce Developer – LATAM

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded Series C technology company in the proptech space, and our talent team is searching for a RevTech Senior Salesforce Developer to join their growing organization across Latin America.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You'll serve as the embedded technical partner for a specific go-to-market squad—Client Success, Sales & Marketing, or Launch Operations—owning the full cycle from ambiguous business problem through to designed, documented, and shipped technical solution. You won't just take tickets; you'll be a strategic technical partner who understands workflows deeply, anticipates needs, and collaborates across teams including Engineering and AI Automation specialists.

Increasingly, this work extends beyond traditional Salesforce development. You'll partner with Engineering on internal tools built with React, NestJS, and GraphQL that expose and sync Salesforce data through secure APIs. You'll design Lightning Web Components where native Salesforce UI makes sense, but much of your engagement layer work will happen in modern web applications outside the platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical partner for your assigned go-to-market squad, building trust with non-technical stakeholders and understanding their workflows well enough to anticipate their needs
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear solution designs, then build, test, iterate based on feedback, and deploy your own work to production
• Collaborate with a platform Technical Lead and fellow developers to ensure your changes align with shared standards and integrate smoothly across the platform
• Partner with Engineering on internal GTM tools: custom applications with React (Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind, Apollo Client) frontends and NestJS/GraphQL backends that sit on top of Salesforce data
• Work with AI Automation Engineers who build workflows in n8n, providing Salesforce expertise and data access to connect those automations to your squad's processes
• Implement and maintain a custom Revenue Lifecycle Management solution, including data modeling, custom CPQ tools, entitlements, renewal management, and integrations with commission, billing, and platform systems
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as Fin AI, Gong, Dialpad, HubSpot, Front, Tabs, PandaDoc, and Slack
• Choose the right tool for each problem: Flow and declarative configuration when appropriate, Apex and custom code when the complexity demands it
• Write and maintain secure, well-tested Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes for business-critical workflows
• Participate in code review, maintain documentation, and deploy changes through structured release processes using GitHub and Gearset
• Use AI tooling to accelerate development—generating Apex, debugging logic, scaffolding components, validating test coverage, and managing Salesforce metadata

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Comfort operating as the sole embedded technical resource for a business function, with significant autonomy and accountability
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery conversations with non-technical stakeholders and deliver clear solution designs and documentation
• Ability to read business processes, ask clarifying questions, and turn ambiguity into working technical solutions
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a demonstrable track record building Apex and Lightning Web Components in production
• Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch/queueable/schedulable), SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce security model
• Experience building Lightning Web Components when use cases call for native Salesforce UI, plus experience exposing Salesforce data through secure services and APIs
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations with external systems
• Comfort using AI tooling as part of your daily workflow—able to prompt effectively, validate AI-generated code critically, and ship confidently
• Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling, especially GitHub and Gearset

What Sets the Best Candidates Apart:

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS Revenue Lifecycle Management, CPQ tools, Salesforce Flow at scale, and Omni Channel
• Track record of owning a complex, custom-built Salesforce solution end-to-end, not just contributing to one
• Experience administering third-party GTM tools beyond Salesforce—this role spans the entire GTM tech stack
• Exposure to modern web technologies including React (Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind, React Router, Apollo Client), NestJS/GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis, enough to partner productively with Engineering

Important Context:

This is not an admin-only or configurator role. We build declarative-first when appropriate, but you must know when to configure and when to write code, and be fully comfortable doing both. This is also not a single-cloud, single-system role—you'll support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, plus third-party GTM tools and internal applications built with Engineering. Finally, this isn't a purely heads-down engineering role. You'll be a visible, trusted partner attending weekly meetings with your stakeholders. You'll be a strategic technical partner, not a ticket taker.
