Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential luxury fashion organization seeking an intern to support Talent Acquisition for Retail across Europe. Reporting to the Retail HR Manager and working closely with HR and field retail teams, you will support the full recruitment cycle for retail positions in European points of sale.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with store managers on recruitment processes: briefing, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines
- Screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates on technical and behavioral competencies aligned with company values
- Providing feedback and updates to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the process
- Maintaining regular reporting on recruitment activity and metrics
- Preparing administrative files for successful candidates and supporting their onboarding and integration
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Human Resources
- Previous HR experience (internship or apprenticeship) in recruitment within the luxury sector
- Highly organized, rigorous, and methodical with strong interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication
- Curious mindset and comfortable contributing ideas in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with digital tools and HR software
- Exceptional discretion and confidentiality
- Fluent English required
- Genuine passion for recruitment and talent identification
- Available for a 6-month internship starting September 2026, with mandatory school agreement from a state-recognized institution
