International Audio/Video Remote Armenian Interpreter

Overview

We are representing a confidential language services organization seeking Armenian interpreters to join their network of independently contracted professionals. In this remote role, you will facilitate critical language communication for Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals across various settings through audio and video platforms.

Our talent team is continuously accepting qualified interpreters who can deliver professional interpretation services on demand from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective audio and video interpreting through web-based platforms
• Answer inbound interpretation calls in a timely manner
• Deliver superior customer service to all parties involved
• Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
• Follow all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry-specific best practices

What We're Looking For

• Full fluency in both English and Armenian (required)
• Fluency in Russian (preferred but not required)
• Technology proficiency with web-based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word
• A dedicated interpreting space that is quiet, secure, and free from outside noises
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
• Industry-specific certifications or trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, or similar credentials)
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
