Regional Client Partner, Ads Solutions

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for a Regional Client Partner, Ads Solutions based in Paris, France. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Our client is building innovative advertising solutions within their platform and needs an experienced sales professional to drive new revenue, close complex deals, and establish strategic partnerships with advertisers across the region. You'll own the full sales cycle while ensuring advertisers achieve meaningful business outcomes through responsible, high-integrity platform experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new advertising opportunities, leading the complete sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution
• Own and deliver against a defined revenue target within your assigned territory or vertical
• Develop and execute structured account plans that drive advertiser ROI and sustainable revenue growth
• Build relationships with senior-level advertising decision-makers, providing strategic guidance and gathering ongoing feedback
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements with enterprise clients
• Quantify opportunities through clear, data-driven business cases aligned to advertiser objectives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Policy, and Operations teams to support complex deals
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless post-sale transitions and coordinated expansion strategies
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles
• 3+ years of experience as a proven advisor influencing executives and clients at senior levels
• Demonstrated experience owning revenue targets and closing complex deals
• Ability to build structured business cases and influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Track record of understanding client business priorities to define success metrics and align on partnership goals
• Ability to translate analytical insights into compelling commercial narratives
