Senior Talent Acquisition Manager | GTM & Operations (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-scaling fintech organization building critical infrastructure for institutional finance. Our client operates across Germany, the UK, and continental Europe, combining technology with domain expertise to transform complex workflows in a regulated sector.

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end hiring across go-to-market and operations functions. This is a high-impact role for an experienced recruiter who combines hands-on sourcing with portfolio leadership, business judgment, and strategic partnership with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships) and Operations roles (Fund Operations, Fund Accounting) in Germany and the UK, with occasional hires in Luxembourg and the Netherlands
• Partner with functional and executive leaders to shape hiring demand, challenge role design, and improve hiring decisions while setting clear expectations on ownership, timelines, and trade-offs
• Build and close high-quality pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networks, communities, events, and selective agency partnerships
• Manage a thoughtful, responsive candidate journey from first contact through offer, maintaining clear communication and honest feedback
• Lead the hiring portfolio with clear priorities and forecasts, using market intelligence on talent supply, compensation, location, and competitive landscape to recommend sequencing and capacity planning
• Strengthen hiring quality through disciplined intake, scorecards, structured interviews, consistent feedback, and effective closing strategies
• Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and develop better recruiting workflows while maintaining accountability for judgment, quality, and sensitive communication
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and build community presence in the private markets talent ecosystem
• Work with the People team to build efficient, scalable hiring systems for continued growth

What We're Looking For

• Significant end-to-end recruiting experience across business functions including GTM, Operations, and/or Professional Services, with proven success in senior or high-impact searches
• Strong track record of sourcing and closing high-calibre, hard-to-reach candidates through direct outreach and creative channels
• Experience working across multiple functions, markets, or locations with the ability to adapt approaches to different talent pools and business contexts
• Background in fintech, fund administration, professional services, or demonstrated ability to build credibility quickly in complex domains
• High-ownership mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into action and stay close to execution
• Capacity to manage substantial cognitive load across a changing portfolio, senior stakeholders, and high-stakes candidates without losing clarity or detail
• Strong discernment and judgment: ability to see nuance, separate signal from noise, and adjust strategy based on evidence
• Emotional intelligence combined with gravitas, adapting communication style while remaining direct about evidence and trade-offs
• Business acumen connecting company priorities, team design, and commercial outcomes to practical hiring plans
• Self-starting approach with agency: creating structure, initiating solutions, and escalating with informed recommendations
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily recruiting workflows; experience building automations or new workflows is a strong advantage
• Strong process and data discipline balanced with flexibility and continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent English communication skills

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Berlin with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office. Remote-flexible arrangements include up to four calendar weeks of remote work per year.
