Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of identity and access management (IAM) including joiner, mover, and leaver processes for user creation, modification, and removal
• Administer user profiles and roles in SAP environments (ECC/S/4HANA and SAP GRC)
• Ensure security controls including least privilege principles and segregation of duties (SoD), supporting risk analysis and remediation prioritization
• Conduct periodic access reviews and recertification processes
• Manage critical access types (generic and emergency accounts) and identify control gaps with proposals for structural improvements
• Define, document, and standardize processes, approval workflows, and system integrations (SAP, Active Directory/Azure AD, and HR systems)
• Participate in profile redesign initiatives and access provisioning automation
• Support internal and external audits, address non-conformities, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices (LGPD, NIST)
• Apply artificial intelligence for anomaly detection, risk analysis, process automation, and documentation including predictive models and NLP
• Contribute to AI governance ensuring principles of ethics, auditability, and explainability

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP Security (roles, profiles, users) and SAP GRC Access Control
• Experience working in industrial companies
• Strong knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and JML processes
• Expertise in Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access risk analysis
• Experience with access governance and compliance in complex environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory/Azure AD, IAM tools, and HR systems integration
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts applied to security: anomaly detection, risk classification models, profile clustering
• Basic understanding of Generative AI (LLMs) and applications in documentation, policies, and security analysis assistance
• Knowledge of AI Governance frameworks applied to security
• Ability to assess risks of third-party AI solutions including data privacy, sensitive information leakage, and adversarial attacks
• Prompt engineering skills for safe and effective use of AI assistants in security contexts
