Working Student Venture Development Tech (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Working Student for Venture Development Tech. In this role, you will:

• Help shape tech infrastructure from the business side and actively participate in building MVPs for operational systems
• Work alongside engineers to develop smart solutions for real business problems—your focus will be on finding the right solution, not on coding
• Speak with colleagues across different teams to identify operational pain points and contribute your own ideas for improvement
• Participate in developing solutions that scale with the organization—your instinct for sustainable, scalable approaches is valued
• Own projects from initial concept through implementation and see directly the impact of your work

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an advanced degree program
• Practical experience in a leading strategy consultancy, investment banking, or the dynamic environment of a high-growth startup
• Strong analytical thinking, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Claude, Codex, Snowflake, or Power BI
• Very good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible mindset, high resilience, and enthusiasm for taking on responsibility from day one
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
