Our talent team is representing a confidential food delivery technology client seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the Bristol and South West region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing marketplace platform where you'll be the face of the brand, building partnerships with restaurants and food establishments across your territory.

In this field-based role, you'll spend your days on the road discovering hidden culinary gems, pitching innovative technology solutions to restaurant owners, and helping local businesses expand their reach. You'll own your territory, drive strategic growth, and directly impact the customer experience across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant partnerships across Bristol and the South West region through strategic territory mapping and targeted outreach
• Conduct face-to-face visits, calls, and digital communications with restaurant owners to demonstrate platform value and technology benefits
• Manage the complete partner onboarding process, ensuring efficiency and seamless integration from contract signing through launch
• Monitor new partner performance during the critical first eight weeks to establish foundation for long-term success and growth
• Attend food industry events, restaurant meet-ups, and sample establishments to maintain market knowledge and identify emerging trends
• Work towards demanding monthly targets while structuring mutually beneficial commercial agreements
• Act as a local market expert, staying ahead of competitive dynamics and customer preferences in your region

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience with demonstrated success in new business development and deal negotiation
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marketplace economics, particularly in food delivery or hospitality sectors
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence building relationships across phone, email, and in-person channels
• Self-motivated, tenacious approach to territory management with strong ownership mentality
• Ability to work effectively toward ambitious monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for frequent travel across Bristol and surrounding areas)
• Comfort operating independently while collaborating with regional management and cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to evolving market conditions
