About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential commercial payments technology organization in their search for an Airline Sourcing Manager. This permanent position is based in the United Kingdom and offers remote work flexibility. Our client operates globally, serving millions of users across specialized payment sectors including travel and hospitality.

In this role, you will conduct market research and manage RFP processes for airline and cruise line accommodation and transport requirements. You will negotiate rates, analyze pricing, and develop strong vendor relationships while coordinating multiple projects efficiently. This position reports to senior sourcing leadership and collaborates across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, property analysis, and coordinate RFPs for crew accommodations and transport needs
  • Negotiate rates and contract terms for hotels and transportation vendors
  • Complete contracting phases and monitor markets for pricing changes and opportunities
  • Develop pricing comparatives and analysis to present final vendor options
  • Compose market intelligence reports for assigned regions
  • Identify cost savings and revenue potential across markets
  • Vet vendors according to specific compliance criteria
  • Prepare and present deliverables to internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitality and transport suppliers
  • Follow up with account management teams through business placement
  • Conduct hotel site visits as assigned

  • Experience with collaboration tools and ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Understanding of hotel brands, management companies, and market dynamics
