Senior Data Analyst, Partner Analytics

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential insurtech organization that is transforming how consumers engage with financial services through data-driven innovation. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Partner Analytics to join their growing analytics function.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, product strategy, and data science. You'll own analytical frameworks that evaluate partner performance, optimize distribution channels, and drive profitable growth through strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact position reporting to analytics leadership, with opportunities to mentor junior analysts and shape analytical best practices across the organization.

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and performance reporting to measure partner health, funnel performance, and portfolio economics
• Support analytical workstreams for partner diligence, onboarding, and optimization—including forecasting and ROI modeling
• Build frameworks to evaluate partner economics and performance against expectations
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Marketing teams to evaluate new opportunities, test hypotheses, and guide investment decisions
• Design and execute experiments (A/B or quasi-experimental) to assess and improve partner conversion funnels
• Partner with data engineering to enhance data pipelines and ensure accurate, reliable partner reporting
• Translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, decision science, or data strategy
• Experience in B2B2C analytics within financial services is strongly preferred
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Power BI
• Experience with statistical analysis and experimentation design
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytical tools is a plus
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data hygiene habits
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Pay

The client has indicated a salary range of $110,000–$125,000 annually, with eligibility for bonus and long-term incentive compensation. Final compensation will be determined by the client based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
