About This Opportunity

We are representing a high-growth UK business services organization seeking a Head of SEO to lead their organic growth strategy. Our client is a certified B Corporation with strong revenue momentum and ambitious scaling plans over the next three years. This is a senior leadership role based in Covent Garden with hybrid working.

As Head of SEO, you will develop and execute a comprehensive organic search strategy, manage a technical SEO specialist, and work cross-functionally to drive qualified traffic and conversions across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a long-term SEO strategy aligned with business objectives
• Drive organic growth through technical and content-based optimization
• Manage and mentor an SEO Specialist
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, development, and marketing teams
• Report accurate performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Use technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and impact
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits
• Manage SEO budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Lead link-building initiatives, site migrations, and optimization of key landing pages

What We're Looking For

• Widely recognized as one of the UK's leading SEO professionals with a proven track record of delivering measurable, high-impact results in a senior role
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a hands-on, data-driven approach
• Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Proficient in industry tools such as SEMrush
• Familiar with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £80,000 – £110,000 plus comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid working model with real opportunities for progression as the business scales.
