About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential online travel client in their search for a Senior Social Media Executive to join their Brand Marketing team in London. This role offers the chance to shape social strategy and create thumb-stopping content that inspires audiences across multiple platforms and markets.
Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you'll provide hands-on tactical and strategic support to build brand engagement and visibility across social media channels. You'll be instrumental in executing social strategy, managing content calendars, creating multi-format content, and leveraging analytics to optimise performance and drive community growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute social media strategy across all live platforms, delivering on-brand content that drives long-term community growth
- Own and maintain social media and marketing calendars, ensuring consistent content flow aligned with campaigns, product updates, seasonal moments and key marketing messages
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates and emerging channels, identifying opportunities to keep content relevant and culturally connected
- Support the Senior Social Media Manager and wider content team in developing creative, community-led ideas from customer insight and brand priorities
- Create high-quality, multi-format social content across video, photography, graphics, animation, written posts and interactive formats, adapted appropriately for each platform
- Own execution of video-first social media content from concept and scripting through to filming, presenting, editing and publishing, comfortable both on and off camera
- Use strong design skills to produce polished, platform-native creative, applying brand visual identity consistently across all social assets
- Develop and scale repeatable content formats, manage user-generated content and influencer activity, monitor daily community engagement, and analyse performance data to refine strategy
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, platform behaviours and emerging trends
- Excellent visual judgement with the ability to create thumb-stopping static and video content
- Hands-on content creation skills including filming, starring-in, editing, curating and adapting content for different platforms
- Proven experience creating highly engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant social channels
- Ability to analyse social media performance data, identify actionable insights and make practical content and channel recommendations
- Experience using social media management, reporting and listening tools including Sprout Social, Canva, CapCut and social listening queries
- Strong attention to detail and passion for building brand communities online
- Creative mindset with ability to hit the ground running managing current content calendars
Desirable:
- Experience working across multiple markets including UK, IE, DE and SE
- Experience bringing brand and marketing campaigns to life through social media
- Confident using AI tools responsibly to streamline workflows while maintaining strong editorial judgement and brand standards
- Additional language capability in German, Swedish or Polish

Pay
Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process based on experience and qualifications.
