Lead Project Manager

Clarioclinical is hiring a Lead Project Manager for our remote team based in Costa Rica. In this pivotal role, you'll drive strategic initiatives from conception through delivery, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project outcomes that align with organizational goals.

What This Role Involves

As Lead Project Manager at Clarioclinical, you'll oversee complex projects within our healthcare or clinical operations sector, managing timelines, budgets, and team performance. You'll be the central point of coordination between departments, stakeholders, and external partners, translating business requirements into actionable project plans. This is a full-time position that demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining team momentum.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, establish milestones, and allocate resources to meet organizational objectives
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments
• Monitor project health through regular status reviews, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing transparent updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Track budgets and expenses, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters while maintaining quality standards
• Document lessons learned and continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a professional environment
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams toward common goals
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, business, or related field
