Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B organization in Munich seeking a telephone-based customer advisor for their sales team. In this role, you will:

• Provide telephone and email support to business customers as their primary point of contact
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to both existing and new business clients, guiding them through to successful closure
• Process customer orders and ensure smooth handling of all inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in company systems, documenting all relevant interactions
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional, service-oriented communication

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with the following background:

• Completed vocational training in office management, dialogue marketing, industrial administration, or comparable commercial qualification
• Experience as a call center agent, customer advisor, customer service representative, or inside sales professional is preferred
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) and enthusiasm for telephone communication with business customers
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, persistence, and a friendly, professional demeanor with customers

Position Details: Full-time, 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday. Located in Munich with excellent public transport connections. This is a long-term opportunity with professional development and training available.
