About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential indoor agriculture technology company in Berlin that is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Strategist Intern (m/f/d). Our client has developed innovative growing systems that bring fresh produce directly to consumers, and they are in the midst of an exciting direct-to-consumer market launch.

This is not a role for someone who simply documents what happens—we need someone who develops campaign ideas, executes them independently, and drives strategic growth on Instagram and Facebook. You'll be shaping how people in Germany perceive and engage with fresh food cultivation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute original campaign concepts around the brand and content pillars (plant life, products, setup, growth, harvest, perceived value)
• Produce photo and video content aligned with strategic content pillars
• Edit Reels, Stories, and Carousel posts for maximum engagement
• Document showroom events and product demonstrations
• Co-develop social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook
• Appear on camera when it fits the creative concept
• Collaborate closely with the growth marketing team with on-site guidance throughout

What We're Looking For

Prior experience is not required. What matters most is your eye for content, understanding of trends, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

• Strong design sense and awareness of current social media trends
• Understanding of Instagram and Facebook: which formats work and how algorithms function
• Proficiency in Canva and photo/video editing (smartphone quality is sufficient), CapCut or Premiere Rush
• Comfortable working with AI tools
• Native-level German and English at B2-C1 level minimum
• Available to work on-site in Berlin
• Most importantly: genuine enthusiasm for learning and growth

Pay
