About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established tax and accounting firm in the Lohr am Main region. Our client serves businesses and private individuals across diverse sectors with a team of approximately 25 professionals. They combine nearly three decades of expertise with modern, digital workflows and are part of a larger professional services network that emphasizes technological innovation and AI-supported tools.

We are seeking apprentices for a Tax Specialist Training Program (Steuerfachangestellte/r) beginning in September 2027. This is a full-time apprenticeship position based in Lohr am Main, Germany.

Responsibilities

During your apprenticeship, you will progressively learn the various areas of a modern tax practice while working on real assignments from day one:

• Prepare financial accounting records and properly record business transactions
• Assist with payroll processing and salary calculations
• Prepare and complete tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Support annual financial statements and income-surplus calculations
• Work with digital tools and modern practice management processes
• Interact with clients and support their daily inquiries
• Understand internal workflows and the organization of a tax advisory practice
• Optionally pursue a dual study program at the Technical University of Würzburg-Schweinfurt

• Education: Mittlere Reife (intermediate school certificate), Fachhochschulreife (specialized higher education entrance qualification), or Abitur (general higher education entrance qualification)
• Interest in numbers and economic relationships

Pay
