Sales Executive – Germany (Remote)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing European logistics technology company seeking a Sales Executive to join their German market team on a fully remote basis. Our client operates a leading online marketplace that has transformed how people move goods across Europe, serving millions of customers with innovative technology solutions.

This is a high-energy sales role where you'll work exclusively with warm inbound leads—no cold calling required. You'll engage with German-speaking customers who already need the service, building relationships and closing deals while earning uncapped commission on top of your base salary.

Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking customers via warm inbound leads, conducting all conversations in German
• Build trust and rapport quickly while identifying upsell opportunities
• Close sales with confidence and meet ambitious monthly targets
• Manage your own sales pipeline as if it were your personal business
• Collaborate regularly with your sales manager to refine approach and improve performance
• Share customer insights and feedback that inform product and market strategy
• Maintain accurate records and follow established sales processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
