Senior Account Manager [4 month FTC]

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global production organization in their search for a Senior Account Manager on a 4-month fixed-term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an embedded activation team, managing digital media projects for a major retail client in Watford.

In this role, you'll serve as the central point of contact between stakeholders, managing projects from brief through to final delivery. You'll work onsite at the client's Watford office two to three times per week, with occasional time at the production company's London office. This hybrid position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital media projects including web, email, and paid media from briefing to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate between internal client teams, production departments, and third-party partners to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare client proposals, present creative work, and deliver materials to the highest standard
• Utilize project management tools including Workfront and Trello to track progress and maintain clear responsibility divisions
• Provide weekly status reports, agendas, and detailed contact reports following all client meetings
• Monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance processes
• Ensure all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
• Conduct quality control checks on all materials before client delivery
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with client and agency stakeholders through proactive communication
• Mentor other team members and provide administrative support as required
• Escalate serious issues immediately to management with recommended solutions

• Background working in creative, branding, social, digital, or print production
• Experience with creative adaptation briefs

• Highly organized and detail-oriented work style
• Quick learner when it comes to different software platforms
• Strong IT literacy including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote
• Solid numeracy skills
• Basic understanding of digital media including web, email, and paid media (desirable)
• Fluent oral and written English; additional languages desirable
• Team player mentality
