Praktikum HR / Recruiting / Talent Acquisition (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting organization seeking an HR / Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d) in Leipzig. In this practical internship, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle:

• Support the entire recruiting process from job posting through initial candidate qualification
• Screen incoming applications, evaluate candidate profiles, and identify suitable candidates for further consideration
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews with applicants
• Learn recruiting tools and workflows directly within day-to-day operations
• Take on real responsibility from the start, not just observation

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management, or comparable field
• A mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) is required as part of your studies
• Genuine interest in recruiting, HR topics, and working with people
• Strong communication skills and confident presence during phone interviews and conversations
• Structured, reliable work style with willingness to quickly assume responsibility
