About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential federal contractor supporting Defense Logistics Agency operations. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to ensure stable operation of mission-critical computer systems and network infrastructure across multiple remote locations.
This is a fully remote position with no on-site requirements, ideal for experienced systems professionals holding an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network software and communication links
- Analyze and resolve end-user software and connectivity issues
- Provide local and remote maintenance support for operational systems across multiple deployment locations
- Execute general maintenance, upgrades, and new installations of servers and applications
- Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load-balancing and fault tolerance
- Perform vulnerability management and security compliance activities
- Develop executive-level presentations and communicate with senior management
- Provide end-user training and technology recommendations aligned with business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Seven years of progressive Information Processing experience, including six years in specialized hardware/software disciplines and four years of concentrated hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining software
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications using ColdFusion (2023/2025) and/or.NET 4.8 frameworks across Linux and Windows server environments
- Experience with modern IDEs, specifically Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code, for writing, testing, and debugging code
- Proficiency with GitHub for version control, repository management, and collaborative code reviews
- Proven systems administrator experience with Corporate Performance Management Platform implementation and administration
- Active Secret clearance required
- IAT Level II certification (8570.01-M/8140 Baseline) for privileged access roles
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Pay
Our client offers a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This figure represents compensation from the end client and may differ from Get A Job.ai's placement fee structure.
