About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking Clinical Providers to join their platform in Phuket, Thailand. This freelance remote role offers the flexibility to set your own business hours while supporting clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled 60-minute video sessions. This is an excellent opportunity to supplement your current practice or employment.
Our talent team is building a community of qualified practitioners who are passionate about expanding mental health access to the public.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one telehealth mental health support to clients through video sessions
- Address clinical presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest program and platform improvements
- Maintain flexibility to provide onsite support in Phuket when necessary
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
- Minimum 300 clinical hours post-master's degree
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai or other local language
- Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles is advantageous
- Openness to occasional onsite work in Phuket, Thailand
