About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential fintech client in Brazil seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to focus on investments and insurance products. In this role, you will analyze data across business functions to support performance monitoring and strategic decision-making, working with increasing independence to build reports, models, and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Build analyses, dashboards, and reports on business performance metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and analytics requirements
- Surface insights and data-driven recommendations to guide operational and strategic decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify important trends
- Support analytics standards and ensure data quality across reporting systems
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field
- Prior experience in analytics or data analysis roles
- Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with investments or insurance products is a plus
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
