Senior-IT-Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital marketing organization based in Hamburg that helps trade and craft businesses attract skilled talent through social media campaigns. As Senior IT Project Lead, you will systematize workflows, implement new processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

• Establish business processes: Design and implement scalable workflows and operational processes to support organizational growth
• Process improvement: Analyze existing business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve internal operations
• Project leadership: Lead the implementation of new IT systems and manage internal projects that advance business objectives
• Training and documentation: Create training materials and documentation for internal learning platforms when new processes are established

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management, or related field
• Several years of relevant experience building, optimizing, and managing business processes in a growth-stage environment
• Proven track record implementing and advancing IT systems and leading complex digitalization projects
• Strong project management skills with hands-on experience leading and executing internal initiatives
• Experience in process analysis, improvement, documentation, and standardization
• Practical experience creating training materials and conducting internal workshops
• Analytical, structured thinking with strong organizational abilities and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• High discipline, precision, and ability to perform under pressure
• Team-oriented with confident presence and autonomous working style
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role
