Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital agency in Hamburg that specializes in social media marketing and employer branding. After thorough onboarding, you will:

• Plan and design creatives (images, animations, graphics) for online marketing campaigns across social platforms
• Design and create career pages for clients
• Produce collages and quick-turn designs for internal marketing initiatives
• Design promotional brochures, trade show materials, and other marketing assets
• Collaborate regularly with project management and clients on current and upcoming campaigns

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a Junior Grafikdesigner/in with the following qualifications:

• Completed degree, vocational training, or self-taught background with initial agency or freelance experience
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva)
• Practical experience in media design or graphic design with eagerness to implement new concepts in corporate branding
• Creative, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Clean, error-free written German and good English skills
• Reliable work style with ability to execute projects according to specifications while continuously developing your skills
• Quick learner who is disciplined and able to follow established processes
• Prior knowledge of online marketing, trades, or consulting is advantageous but not required
