Senior Foto- & Videograph/-in – Vollzeit (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Hamburg, and we're looking for a Senior Photo & Videographer to join their creative team. In this role, you will:

• Create targeted content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Independently conduct video shoots and photo sessions across Germany for client projects in trades, construction, and industrial sectors
• Review and edit photo and video footage according to platform-specific style guides
• Perform video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and quality control
• Design on-screen elements and animations such as lower thirds, call-to-actions, and end cards
• Post-process photo materials using Photoshop and Lightroom
• Manage material archiving and project organization

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a senior-level professional with:

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in photography, videography, or animation; alternatively, extensive experience as a self-taught professional, agency background, or freelance work
• Deep technical understanding of camera operation, audio, lighting, and video editing
• Comprehensive expertise in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects with confident, routine use
• Strong creativity, team collaboration skills, and attention to detail
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Ability to work independently, organize complex projects, and meet deadlines
• Quick learning ability, high discipline, and reliability
• Capability to follow and actively improve existing processes
