Senior Media-Buyer – Vollzeit (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital agency in Hamburg seeking a Senior Media Buyer to join their team. In this role, you will independently manage client projects and create high-performing online marketing campaigns. After a thorough onboarding period of 2–4 months, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Creating KPI reports and performance analyses for agency clients
• Conducting regular feedback meetings with clients to review campaign results
• Analyzing current campaign performance and developing optimization strategies
• Implementing strategic improvements in collaboration with creative and copywriting teams
• Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships
• Responding to client inquiries regarding campaigns and collaboration (phone and email)
• Providing email support for incoming requests from existing clients

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial training, university degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or at least 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta advertising campaigns at a professional level
• Extensive experience creating, managing, and analyzing Meta advertising campaigns
• Comprehensive knowledge of online marketing campaign optimization and evaluation
• Analytical and structured thinking with strong organizational abilities
• Results-oriented and solution-focused approach with excellent teamwork skills
• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous work style
• Ability to follow established processes consistently
• Quick learner with high self-discipline
• Excellent communication skills with attention to precision and detail
• Flawless written German language skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
