Senior AI Specialist (Operations) (x/f/m)

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization in their search for a Senior AI Specialist (Operations) based in Berlin. This is a unique opportunity to join a company undergoing an AI-native transformation, where you will build and own AI-powered workflows that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Redesign workflows for AI automation: Analyze critical Operations and Customer Success workflows, identify processes requiring limited judgment, and transform them using AI agents with clear objectives for autonomy and quality
• Build and operate AI agents as products: Develop and manage production-ready agents on platforms such as Dust or Claude, deploying each with defined baselines and metrics including benefit, usage, and scalability
• Knowledge and context management: Curate high-quality context for agents, from templates to core data, ensuring knowledge sources in Confluence, Drive, or Salesforce remain current and well-structured
• Evaluation and quality assurance: Define quality standards and establish evaluation routines to identify and address issues such as hallucinations or prompt drift, continuously optimizing through systematic user feedback and A/B testing
• CRM and data integration: Own interfaces between CRM systems like Salesforce and AI platforms, automate data flows, and collaborate with IT to unlock valuable data sources for agents
• Stakeholder enablement: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, bringing together Leadership, IT, and Product teams while strengthening team AI fluency in context, agent management, and evaluation
• Impact measurement: Make AI success measurable using existing metrics such as time, quality, and cost, using insights to guide scaling decisions

What We're Looking For

Core Competencies (Tool-Agnostic):

• Learning speed and production mindset: Self-taught in technical fields with demonstrated ability to build real solutions used by actual users; can articulate specific challenges (hallucinations, prompt drift, data issues) and how you solved them
• Evaluation instinct: Define quality bars and measure against them systematically; understand that automation and quality must go hand in hand
• Ownership and communication: Take end-to-end ownership of problems, prioritize rigorously, thrive in ambiguity, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Technical and data understanding: Comfortable reading and adapting scripts, understanding APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier); knowledge of how CRM data flows into AI systems
• Strong English communication: Confident command of English for international collaboration; German at B1 level sufficient

Particularly Valuable:

• Agent platform expertise: Practical experience with systems such as Dust, Claude, or LangChain; strong process understanding and evaluation skills
• Technical depth: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; comfortable navigating Salesforce architectures or BI environments like Tableau and Metabase
• Operations experience: Solid experience working with scaled Customer Success or Operations teams
