VIP Relationship Manager, France

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading global digital asset platform seeking a VIP Relationship Manager to serve their French market. Our client operates across more than 200 countries and regions, providing cryptocurrency trading, payments, and wealth management services to tens of millions of users worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology in one of the fastest-growing sectors.

As the primary point of contact for high-value clients in France, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP customers, enhancing their experience, and driving business growth in the region.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of global VIP clients, serving as their primary relationship manager
• Build strong rapport with existing clients through frequent, sustained communication and relationship expansion
• Develop and implement customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules and tracking client status
• Analyze client behavior patterns, identify unspoken needs, and prepare detailed customer analysis reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from various departments to deliver optimal service solutions and exceptional client experiences

What We're Looking For

• Existing client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial bank relationships
• Experience working with trading platforms or cryptocurrency exchanges (highly advantageous)
• Prior sales and client services experience in international finance, banking, or investments preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (fluency required)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities
• Enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry with commitment to staying current on trends and innovations
