Senior Project Manager – Salesforce & Digital Transformation

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce and digital transformation initiatives. This is a strategic role based in Greece, managing high-impact projects across international teams and executive stakeholders.

Our client operates in a multicultural environment and requires someone who can navigate multiple concurrent workstreams while balancing technology delivery with business objectives and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale CRM implementation and digital transformation projects from planning through deployment
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, status reports, and PMO documentation
• Engage and manage senior and executive-level stakeholders across business, technology, and operational teams
• Lead project teams, coaching and mentoring team members while managing performance and deliverables
• Manage external vendors, contracts, deliverables, and performance including vendor selection and feasibility assessments
• Coordinate change-management activities across multiple workstreams
• Monitor project quality, success criteria, testing, and deployment activities
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and project communications
• Identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, conflicts, and critical dependencies

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience managing CRM platform initiatives, digital transformation, and enterprise systems
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale technology projects
• Strong experience leading complex IT-business projects across multiple locations and organizational functions
• Proven experience managing human and financial resources
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with Change Management
• Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners
• Experience preparing project plans and project-related documentation
• Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Understanding of DevOps and Release Management best practices
• Strong understanding of dependencies between technology, operations, and business requirements
• Experience working within international and multicultural environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Project Management certification such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
• Excellent spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant CRM platform certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Consultant-level)
• Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL v4 certification
• Change Management certification such as CCMP, Prosci, or ADKAR
• Experience managing projects across multiple countries and time zones
• Experience in consulting or professional business services
• Basic knowledge of French
• Familiarity with AI technologies
• Experience with PPM tools, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio
