Marketing Operations Specialist

Position Overview

We are representing a confidential outsourcing agency in search of a Marketing Operations Specialist to support global marketing execution in the Philippines. This is a remote position requiring flexibility to work PH night shift hours to align with international teams.

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between global marketing strategy and regional execution. You'll own campaign deployment end-to-end, manage marketing technology requests, maintain website updates, and build Salesforce automations that drive measurable results across designated regions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy regional campaigns end-to-end including landing pages, email programs, UTM tracking, registration flows, and post-campaign reporting
• Collaborate with regional growth leads and corporate marketing operations to align localized campaigns with global calendars
• Execute demand generation programs, events, and webinars for assigned regions
• Serve as the primary regional contact for marketing technology questions, tool access, and user requests
• Coordinate and route platform-specific requests (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, website updates) to appropriate owners
• Manage seat allocations, user access, and tool usage reporting for regional team members
• Handle regional website updates on Webflow and Salesforce including content edits, component modifications, URL changes, and UTM setups
• Build and manage Salesforce flows, automations, and custom reporting dashboards to track lead ingestion and campaign performance

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Marketing Technology Specialist roles
• Salesforce expertise: proven experience building workflows, automations (Flows), and custom dashboards
• CMS and Webflow: hands-on experience making website/landing page updates and component edits independently (full builds from scratch not required)
• Campaign tracking: strong understanding of manual UTM parameter setups and URL structuring for accurate reporting
• Basic familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar data tools for access routing and seat management
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with ability to coordinate across cross-functional global teams
• Shift availability: flexibility to support PH night shift hours for seamless overlap with global teams
• Detail-oriented approach to campaign tracking, quality assurance, and documentation

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to assist with custom HTML/CSS snippets, copy formatting, or page tweaks
• Familiarity administering webinar software platforms
• Prior exposure to SFMC campaign execution, email flows, or platform access management
