Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization in Berlin-Lichtenberg that is seeking a Junior Application Developer to join their growing technical team. In this role, you will contribute to developing modern software solutions and supporting digitalization projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and enhancing modern software applications
• Analyzing, optimizing, and implementing technical requirements
• Programming, testing, and documenting applications
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Collaborating with various departments to develop digital solutions
• Maintaining and advancing existing software and systems
• Contributing to IT and digitalization projects

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Completed vocational training as a Fachinformatiker/-in für Anwendungsentwicklung (IT specialist for application development) or comparable qualification, or initial practical experience in the field
• Enthusiasm for software development, modern technologies, and clean technical solutions
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with strong comprehension skills
• Results-oriented and solution-focused work approach
• Ability to understand, follow, and improve existing processes
• High level of discipline and strong organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork abilities and communication skills
• Very good written communication skills in German
• Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure

This is a full-time position based in Berlin-Lichtenberg.
