Junior Wirtschaftsinformatiker/-in – Vollzeit (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Berlin-Lichtenberg seeking a Junior Wirtschaftsinformatiker/-in (m/w/d) to work at the intersection of IT and business operations.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze business processes with departmental stakeholders and determine which should be automated, restructured, or discontinued
• Document requirements for new software and automation solutions and coordinate with implementation teams
• Support the selection and rollout of new software and IT solutions from market research through full deployment
• Evaluate the utility and cost-effectiveness of implemented solutions
• Document and design digital business processes
• Provide user training and support following system implementation

What We're Looking For

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Business Informatics) or equivalent practical experience at the IT-business interface
• Understanding of how to connect business requirements with digital processes and IT systems
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with strong comprehension skills
• Results-oriented and solution-focused work approach
• Ability to understand, follow, and improve existing processes
• High level of discipline and strong organizational capabilities
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Very strong written communication skills in German
• Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure
