Werkstudent (m/w/d) Produktmanagement

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology company based in Munich that is building innovative solutions for decentralized energy management. Our talent team is seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their Product Management function and contribute to meaningful climate solutions.

This is a part-time student position ideal for someone enrolled at a German university who wants hands-on experience at the intersection of product, technology, sales, and customer success in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, perform customer surveys, and identify opportunities for product development
• Support product evolution by specifying new features, contributing to product design, assisting with business cases, and testing features before launch
• Analyze and respond to customer inquiries in the support function, identify patterns in recurring issues, and propose improvements to customer experience and internal processes
• Identify automation opportunities in internal workflows and help design scalable processes that grow with the organization
• Create product documentation, user guides, and training materials for customers and the sales team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled university student, preferably in business, engineering, or IT
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Goal-oriented approach with strong prioritization skills and focus on what matters most
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and direct customer contact
• Prior experience in startups, relevant projects, or the energy sector is welcome but not required
