Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B technology organization in Berlin that is building its own operational platform and AI infrastructure. As a Software Engineer, you will work across the full stack to develop and extend internal systems used daily by both the team and clients.

• Develop and extend a core operational platform using Next.js on the frontend and Python on the backend, with Postgres as the database layer
• Build features end-to-end rather than working in isolated layers
• Model and maintain data architecture in Supabase and Snowflake
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs into the internal system
• Build and operate local AI agents on dedicated infrastructure
• Work daily with AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code
• Write tests and ensure clear error handling across the stack

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of professional software development experience
• Proven track record building products used by real users in production
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Python, and React/Next.js
• Strong understanding of databases with SQL as a primary tool, not an afterthought
• Productive use of AI development tools with the judgment to verify outputs
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
• Nice to have: experience with data warehouses, workflow automation tools like n8n, or self-hosting LLMs
