Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential environmental engineering consultancy with a strong international presence. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their Nuremberg office who can transform complex technical content into compelling marketing communications.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute creative marketing and communications initiatives across multiple channels
• Transform technical services, projects, and technologies into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
• Create presentations, brochures, flyers, webinars, events, and digital communication formats
• Manage storytelling across website, social media, newsletters, and campaigns
• Ensure all marketing materials authentically reflect the organization's brand, values, and expertise
• Collaborate with technical departments, leadership, and international teams in German and English
• Contribute fresh ideas and develop formats that increase visibility and engagement

What We're Looking For

• Education or degree in marketing, communications, media, or comparable qualification
• Creativity with a strong sense for design and passion for impactful storytelling
• Interest in understanding and clearly communicating technical and specialized topics
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal
• Independent, structured, and creative working style
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for international collaboration
