Account Executive, Hunter (Central Eastern Europe)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization that is seeking an exceptional Account Executive, Hunter to drive enterprise sales across Central Eastern Europe. This is a high-impact role working with ambitious, fast-growing technology companies in the region. The position is based in Romania and offers the opportunity to own the complete sales cycle with sophisticated enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including business case development, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
• Develop and execute long-term sales strategies with both new and existing enterprise customers to expand revenue
• Manage a named account list and create comprehensive account plans for winning and expanding business with high-growth technology companies
• Design and implement outbound strategies to create and nurture new opportunities
• Drive deal strategy and lead complex negotiations for large renewals and expansions
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships within your book of business
• Lead account mapping efforts and coordinate strategic meetings with key external stakeholders to deepen customer relationships
• Contribute to team projects that refine sales processes and help shape organizational sales culture

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling highly technical products to enterprise customers
• Demonstrated track record of top sales performance
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and architect solutions across multiple product lines
• Proven capability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units in complex organizations
• Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and either Polish or Romanian
• Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Strong interest in technology with deep understanding of the tech landscape
• Collaborative approach working effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

• Command of additional Central Eastern European languages
• Payments industry experience
