HR Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential environmental consulting organization with over 33 locations across Germany and international project work spanning four continents. Our talent team is seeking an HR Manager (m/w/d) based in Nuremberg to support organizational development, talent management, and employee relations across a distributed workforce of 800+ professionals.

This role focuses on people development, team dynamics, and supporting leadership through professional HR partnership. You'll work across multiple locations, assessing competencies, guiding organizational processes, and contributing to a collaborative, trust-based workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Assess competencies, potential, and development areas across teams and individuals
• Advise leadership and teams on people-related questions and strategic HR matters
• Identify and analyze team dynamics, organizational development needs, and collaboration patterns
• Support clear, reliable, and constructive working relationships across locations
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Contribute to the evolution of HR and organizational processes company-wide

What We're Looking For

• University degree or comparable qualification in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Communications
• Proven experience in HR environments, consulting, or organizational development
• Strong intuition for people, collaboration dynamics, and understanding diverse organizational roles
• High social competence, discretion, and sound judgment in sensitive situations
• Structured, independent, and responsible working style
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
