Product Manager, Crypto Asset Management

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Product Manager to join their Crypto Asset Management team in London on a hybrid basis. This is a high-impact role supporting the liquidity and infrastructure that powers digital asset transactions at scale.

Our client operates a regulated platform handling significant crypto transaction volumes across multiple assets, venues, and blockchains. As their product suite expands, they need someone who can own day-to-day product execution and help scale their infrastructure to meet growing demand.

You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, finance, treasury, and commercial teams to deliver on initiatives including liquidity-provider integrations, asset availability, routing optimization, custody infrastructure, and on-chain services required for reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day product execution, translating business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery milestones
• Support integrations with new liquidity sources including centralized exchanges, OTC desks, and decentralized services to expand the liquidity network
• Coordinate asset availability and infrastructure initiatives across multiple teams, tracking dependencies, decisions, risks, and requirements through delivery
• Support technical infrastructure setup across wallets, gas sponsorship, transaction broadcasting, and other on-chain services
• Contribute to roadmap development and prioritization using data, commercial value, operational requirements, customer impact, and engineering constraints
• Help evolve liquidity and asset-management infrastructure including custody, routing, best execution, settlement efficiency, and risk-management tooling
• Use data to evaluate product performance, identifying friction and opportunities for measurable improvement

What We're Looking For

Must-have experience and skills:

• Experience in product management, product operations, treasury, finance, business analysis, technical programme delivery, or similar roles with proven ability to take problems from requirements through to execution
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, and Commercial stakeholders
• Strong product thinking and analytical skills with ability to understand trade-offs, use data to support decisions, and prioritize based on business and customer impact
• Genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure with motivation to build deeper understanding of blockchain networks, liquidity, exchanges, custody, wallets, and digital-asset infrastructure

Nice-to-have experience:

• Previous exposure to crypto or fintech infrastructure, particularly liquidity management, exchange or OTC integrations, stablecoins, custody, wallets, or DeFi protocols
• Familiarity with regulated financial products, crypto compliance requirements, blockchain infrastructure, or products handling high-value financial transactions

Pay
