Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential building services organization in Hamburg seeking a Customer Service Manager for Electrical Engineering. This is a leadership role combining technical responsibility, client relations, team coordination, and process optimization.
You will lead, organize, and develop the electrical customer service department. Your responsibilities include optimizing service workflows, technically preparing and coordinating maintenance and service appointments, and creating client-specific maintenance contracts in collaboration with project management. You will prepare and process service quotations, ensure quality standards for all delivered services, and coordinate with clients, project teams, technical departments, and service technicians. Additionally, you will provide technical support on electrical engineering matters and drive continuous improvement of service processes.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, ideally supplemented by master craftsman qualification, technician certification, or degree
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, building services, or technical customer service
- Initial leadership experience or clear willingness to take on managerial responsibility
- Technical understanding of service, maintenance, and repair processes
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems desirable
- Experience with fire alarm systems and/or intrusion detection systems advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and reliable professional demeanor
- Valid Class B driver's license
