Wir vermitteln für einen Kunden aus dem Climate-Tech-Bereich ein bezahltes Praktikum im Software-Vertrieb. Unser Auftraggeber ist ein wachsendes SaaS-Unternehmen, das Planungs- und Vertriebslösungen für die Branche erneuerbare Energien entwickelt. Der Standort ist Berlin-Mitte, die Dauer beträgt 6 Monate mit Start im September oder Oktober.
Deine Aufgaben
- Vertrieb einer SaaS-Softwarelösung an Geschäftsführer von Heizungsbau- und Photovoltaik-Unternehmen
- Proaktive Kontaktaufnahme mit Interessenten, Vereinbarung von Software-Demos und Erklärung der Prozessautomatisierung
- Eigenständige Betreuung des gesamten Sales-Cycles – vom Erstkontakt über den Pitch bis zur Account-Aktivierung und Abrechnung
- Selbstständige und pflichtbewusste Pflege des CRM-Systems, Tracking aller Leads bis zum Abschluss
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von KPIs, Erstellung von Reportings und Sicherstellung der Sales-Ziele
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam

- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt oder im Startup-Umfeld
- Kommunikationsstärke und Motivation, bereits im Praktikum eigene Kunden zu gewinnen
- Gute Organisation, proaktives Einbringen neuer Ideen und selbstständiges Vorantreiben von Fortschritt
- Kommunikationstalent mit der Fähigkeit, Gespräche zielorientiert zu steuern
- Interesse am Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
