AI Researcher (Corporate Communications)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization that is advancing how frontier AI systems understand and execute professional workflows. Our client works directly with leading AI labs to create evaluation frameworks for real-world business tasks.

We are seeking experienced corporate communications professionals to join their research team as Subject Matter Experts. You'll design realistic task scenarios and evaluation criteria that test whether AI models can produce presentation materials, executive messaging, and internal communications at the standard you'd expect from a skilled human practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Design authentic mid-workflow problems that mirror real corporate communications challenges—executive town hall decks in progress, announcement packs requiring message refinement, employee communications needing template migration
• Collaborate with AI engineering and research teams to implement your designed tasks as evaluation environments
• Create detailed rubrics that define quality standards precisely enough for consistent grading
• Evaluate AI-generated communications outputs against professional benchmarks

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or public relations roles
• Deep practical expertise building presentation decks in PowerPoint—executive messaging, announcement materials, employee communications
• Ability to articulate what separates excellent communications work from mediocre, with enough precision that others can apply your standards
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn AI and data concepts relevant to evaluation design
• No prior AI research experience required; our client's team will provide guidance on evaluation methodologies

Location and Work Arrangement

London (Liverpool Street area) with remote options available.

Pay

This is task-based compensation. Pay via Get A Job.ai: $400 upon task idea selection, then $100 per hour for evaluation and rubric design work.
