Wir vertreten einen etablierten Hersteller im Bereich Verbindungstechnologie mit Sitz in Saarlouis. Unser Mandant ist Teil einer internationalen Unternehmensgruppe und sucht aktuell einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter Controlling (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Finance-Teams.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach US-GAAP und HGB
- Durchführung von Kosten- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
- Erstellung von Berichten und Ad-hoc-Analysen für die Geschäftsleitung und Abteilungsleiter
- Unterstützung beim internen und externen Reporting
- Mitwirkung bei Planung, Budgetierung und Forecasting
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen sowie Projektarbeit im Controlling
- Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Rechnungswesen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in US-GAAP und HGB sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung (z. B. bei Abschlüssen oder Reporting)
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Excel und gängigen ERP-Systemen
- Erfahrung mit Power BI von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
