Wir suchen für unseren Mandanten – ein etabliertes Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Finanzbereich mit Sitz in Regensburg – einen Vertriebsassistenten (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Vertriebsteam bei der Kundenbetreuung und Neukundengewinnung.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Betreuung und professionelle Kommunikation mit Bestandskunden und Interessenten
- Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kontaktaufnahme mit Interessenten
- Qualifizierung eingehender Anfragen und Terminvereinbarung
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendatenbank
- Nachverfolgung offener Anfragen und Kontakte
- Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung und administrativen Vertriebsaufgaben
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Vertriebsteam
