Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial advisory organization seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their team in a performance-driven role. This is not a typical student job—it's an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants responsibility, clear goals, and a structured path toward a trainee program in finance and consulting.

This remote position is designed for students who want to develop professionally while studying, with clear performance metrics, regular coaching, and the potential for advancement into a formal trainee program upon graduation.

Location: Remote (Home office)
Employment Type: Working student position (Werkstudent)
Language Requirement: German C1+ (mandatory—training, team communication, and future IHK qualification pathway are conducted entirely in German)

Responsibilities

Initial Phase (First Weeks):

• Schedule client appointments via telephone, network contacts, and provided leads
• Build and maintain a clean sales pipeline
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards
• Work with KPIs, receive systematic feedback, and continuously improve your results

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Support client situation analysis and prepare consultation materials in a structured manner
• Participate in client conversations (as skills develop), manage follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps
• Maintain process documentation with consistency and reliability
• Collaborate closely with a high-performance team and take ownership of assigned task packages
• Ensure all client interactions and internal processes are properly documented and organized

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (Uni/FH)
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills with reliability and accountability
• Self-initiative and structured approach to work
• Motivation to work in a performance-based environment with measurable outcomes
• Comfort with telephone-based client outreach and appointment setting

Preferred:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive sports/performance-driven environments

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are seeking a typical student job with minimal commitment
• Prefer to avoid telephone work or appointment scheduling
• Have German language skills below C1 level
• Prioritize security and predictability over development and growth
