Product Manager E-Invoicing (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential document management software organization seeking a Product Manager for E-Invoicing. In this role, you will:

• Monitor developments and regulatory requirements for electronic invoicing in Europe and beyond, collaborating with external and internal compliance specialists
• Develop deep understanding of customer requirements and needs in the e-invoicing domain
• Act in a customer-centric manner, gathering customer feedback and analyzing data to derive the right decisions
• Formulate precise requirements based on customer problems and needs
• Design short-, medium-, and long-term strategy and roadmap for your product area
• Lead the team with clear goals and KPIs
• Foster constructive and inclusive collaboration within product teams and act as team interface to stakeholders
• Work closely with software developers and UX specialists on product implementation within the SCRUM framework
• Ensure the platform meets customer requirements for electronic invoice exchange while keeping regulatory requirements and timelines in focus

What We're Looking For

• Broad and deep knowledge in the e-invoicing domain
• Strong familiarity with XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, FatturaPA, and Factur-X standards
• Ability to clearly explain the differences between PEPPOL, SDI, Chorus Pro, and FACe networks
• Experience as a Product Manager for software products; B2B software experience is a plus
• Experience working in an agile environment, such as SCRUM Product Owner
• Enthusiasm for direct contact with end users and designing solutions based on their needs
• Strong organizational skills with goal-oriented work style and willingness to take ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex matters clearly
• High social competence and team collaboration skills
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
