(Senior) Projekt- und Prozessmanager Customer Activation (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure organization seeking a Senior Project and Process Manager for Customer Activation. In this role, you will:

• Build lean and efficient processes in collaboration with network engineering and product management teams
• Act as demand manager for IT ticketing and field service systems, prioritizing requirements aligned with business objectives
• Prepare reports and analysis on customer activations and performance metrics for senior leadership
• Ensure a scalable partner base working alongside procurement and partner management
• Support tender processes for onboarding new partners

What We're Looking For

• Proven professional experience in fiber optic network deployment, specifically in customer activation and troubleshooting
• Completed degree in a technical or business field, or technical telecommunications training (fixed-line networks)
• Several years of experience with infrastructure projects or comparable FTTX rollouts
• Multi-year experience in end-customer activation and provisioning
• Successful track record steering and coordinating telecommunications projects with strong project management expertise
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Fluent German and English language skills required
